Doug joined Everest Recovery Centers in January 2023. He brings 26 plus years of experience in the physician practice management field to Everest. This includes contracting in coordination with several private and non-profits within Maine. Doug has spent years promoting and expanding additional services within these organizations to include upgraded substance use disorder treatment.

Doug graduated from the University of Maine and holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology with a minor in Business Management. In addition, he holds a degree in Practice Management from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Doug is also currently enrolled in a Master’s Health Administration Program at Purdue University Global.

Doug currently resides with his fiancé Cassie on Cobbossee Lake in Manchester, Maine. They enjoy time on the lake with their five grown children to include boating and all water sports. In addition, they enjoy projects around the house, traveling and attempting to play the crazy game of golf.
